MONITIN

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 14, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Monitin, a visibility, audit, content creation, publishing, and automation service operated by Roy Keren. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. What Monitin provides

Monitin helps you review available website and search signals, prepare content, and connect publishing services. Results depend on the information and third-party access available to Monitin. Audits and AI-generated suggestions are informational and do not guarantee rankings, reach, sales, or other business outcomes.

3. Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for checking content before it is published. You keep ownership of the content and business materials you provide. You give Monitin permission to process them only as needed to operate the service and complete actions you approve.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Web purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Prices, taxes, renewal timing, and the available payment methods are shown before purchase.

You can cancel through the provider that processed your purchase. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled under the applicable provider's process and consumer law. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for the practical steps.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Monitin to break the law, impersonate others, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute harmful material, interfere with the service, or publish content through an account you are not authorized to control.

6. Third-party services

Monitin may connect to services such as social networks, website platforms, Apple, Paddle, and RevenueCat. Their own terms and availability also apply. Monitin is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or decisions made by those providers.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Monitin reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Monitin is provided without a promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. Monitin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made solely from an audit or generated suggestion. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. Contact

These terms are a practical product notice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad commercial launch.
