MONITIN

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Web subscriptions

Web subscriptions are sold and charged by Paddle, Monitin's merchant of record. You can cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email or at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents the next renewal.

Refunds and withdrawal rights

Refund eligibility follows Paddle's current refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Consumers in Israel have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for eligible digital content and service contracts. Some exceptions may apply under law or after a digital service has been used.

To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and choose “Request refund.” Eligible refunds are handled by Paddle to the original payment method where possible.

iOS subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are charged by Apple. Cancellation and refund requests must be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings or Apple's purchase support. Apple decides refund eligibility under its policies and applicable law.
