1. Information we collect
Monitin may collect your account details, business profile, website and connected-channel information, drafts and uploaded materials, approved publishing activity, support messages, device and reliability data, and subscription status. The exact information depends on the features and connections you choose to use.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, provide audits and content tools, complete actions you request, maintain connections and automations, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payments
Apple processes iOS purchases and Paddle processes web purchases. RevenueCat helps Monitin keep subscription access synchronized. Monitin receives identifiers, plan details, transaction status, and renewal or expiry information, but does not store your full payment-card details.
4. Service providers and connections
We use service providers such as Supabase, Railway, RevenueCat, Paddle, PostHog, and Resend to operate Monitin. If you connect a website builder or social platform, information is also exchanged with that provider to perform the connection and actions you approve. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
5. Analytics and communications
Monitin uses privacy-conscious product analytics to understand whether important product flows work. We avoid intentionally sending prompt text, draft content, addresses, or other business content as analytics-event properties. Service emails may be sent for account, billing, security, or requested product updates.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve approved records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can disconnect integrations, change notification permissions, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or law. Privacy rights vary by location.
